The OLI doesn't show up in the mobile app
First check the following:
Is the OLI on?
Does your phone has the Bluetooth on?
Does the app has all the permissions (location and Bluetooth) enabled?
If the OLI still doesn't show up try by restarting the app otherwise contact us at support@tryoliver.com
Data download couldn't be completed
Check that the OLI doesn't have the red LED on. This indicates a low battery and it may interrupt data downloading. Connect the OLI to the power, restart the App and retry.
The playing field can't be marked. The map appears gray or does not appear.
Please review the app location permissions and make sure they are enabled. If they aren't, enable them and restart the app.
Check Internet connectivity. We use Google Maps services, without the Internet you can't access the maps.
