Can I download data without internet?

No. It is necessary to have internet access to download data.


How long does the battery last?

The OLI's battery life is 6 hours.


Can I get the device wet?

The device is not waterproof but it is splash resistant. You can use it in a rain session.


How do I know when the battery charge is complete?

When the battery charge is complete, the OLI's blue light will turn off.


What if I don't place the device properly?

If the device is not positioned properly, data collection will be affected.


Can I go for a run with the device?

Yes. The OLI can also be used for running training.


Is it necessary to erase the data from the device after downloading data?

No. Once the download has been made via mobile app, the data will be automatically deleted from the OLI.


What are competition levels for?

OLIVER's levels of competition (amateur, semi-pro, professional) help us optimize injury risk controls and group players according to their needs.


How do I improve my position in the ranking?

The ranking is calculated using the metrics of your sessions. The more sessions you do (always respecting the risk of injury index), the greater chances you will have of climbing the ranking.


How can I share it with my friends?

All sessions can be exported via PDF and shared using the player's preferred network.


How do I delete data from the device manually?

To delete the data manually:

  1. Turn on the OLI and wait for the LED indicator to show orange.

  2. Press the OLI button three times in a row and you will see the light begin to flash.

  3. After a few seconds the light will show green indicating that the data has been successfully deleted.

  4. Turn off the OLI.


Is it necessary to have the phone nearby to turn on the device?

No. Just turn on the OLI and go play.
