I can't download data.

  1. Make sure you have your mobile's bluetooth on.

  2. Make sure you have enabled all the permissions to the OLIVER app.

  3. Make sure you have turned on the location service of your phone (for android only)

  4. Try turning the bluetooth of your mobile device off and on again.

  5. Turn the OLI off and on.

  6. If none of the above have worked, try restarting your mobile device.


My app won't open.

  1. Make sure you have enabled all the permissions to the OLIVER app.

  2. Make sure you have turned on the location service of your phone. (for android only).

  3. Uninstall the app and reinstall it.

  4. If none of the above have worked, try restarting your mobile device.


I can't change the App's language

The App's language is predetermined by the language of the phone. Therefore, to change it, the smartphone must be set to the desired language.

How to change the language on Iphone?

Settings > General > Language & Region > Iphone Language

How to change the language on Android?

Settings > System > Languages & input > Languages.
