As an extension of the Injury index, we developed this feature that can allow managers and/or physical trainers to have full control of which metrics to use in order to create the External Load values of every player.
And that's not it. In order to create an even more efective and custom strategy to your team's workload, you can edit the week range to which the data provided will create the ACWR index.
Go to Settings<Teams<Select the pink icon<External Load to activate it!
