Technical staff are users assigned to a single team within the club. They can download and review data to enhance performance, although they do not have permission to create new teams.
This includes key roles such as the Head Coach and Physical Trainer, essential for taking your club to the next level.
Go to Settings
Within the platform, go to the side menu and select:
Settings > Technical StaffOnce inside, choose the club where you want to add staff.
On the “Technical Staff” screen, click the “Add +” button at the top right.
A pop-up window will open where you can select whether to add a Head Coach or a Physical Trainer.Fill in the requested information (first name, last name, email, country, language, date of birth, etc.).
Once the information is complete, click “+ Add and create a new one” or “+ Add” to confirm.
The new staff member will automatically appear in the team’s list.
NOTE: Once the user is created, they will receive a validation email to activate their OLIVER PRO account.
