ACTIVITY TIME: Total active time during the session. Our algorithms detect abnormal pauses and eliminate them keeping session's work time accurate.
SESSION TIME: Time from when the OLI is turned on and begins to record data until it is turned off.
TOTAL DISTANCE: Total distance traveled in km during the session.
DISTANCE PER MINUTE: Number of meters traveled per minute during the session.
MAX SPEED: Maximum speed reached during the session.
Speed segments
The speeds will be segmented, by default, based on the following values:
WALK: Total distance traveled in meters at speeds between 0 to 6 km / h.
JOG: Total distance traveled in meters at speeds between 6 to 14 km / h.
HIGH INTENSITY RUN: Total distance traveled in meters at speeds between 14 km / h and 22 km / h.
MAX INTENSITY RUN: Total distance traveled in meters above a speed of 22 km / h.
However, these values can be customized according to the criteria of each coach. Learn how to customize them here.
Acceleration segments
HIGH INTENSITY ACCELERATIONS: Total distance in meters of accelerations between 2 and 3 m / s2.
MAX INTENSITY ACCELERATIONS: Total distance in meters of accelerations greater than 3m / s2.
HIGH INTENSITY DECELERATIONS: Total distance in meters of decelerations between -2 and -3 m / s2.
MAX INTENSITY DECELERATIONS: Total distance in meters of decelerations greater than -3 m / s2.
