What are AI-Powered Reports?

AI-Powered Reports is an analysis tool built into OLIVER PRO that automatically processes the metrics recorded by your devices and generates personalized analysis documents — from weekly load evaluations to action recommendations for your next microcycle.

You can configure the report type, depth level, language, and target audience. The AI adapts the tone and content based on the context you define.

Step 1 — Access the tool

From the left side panel in OLIVER PRO, go to SettingsReports. There you will find the AI report generation section.

Step 2 — Configure the report profile

In the left column, define the general parameters for the report:

Team — Select the team or category you want to analyze.

Report Type — Choose the type of analysis:

  • Microcycle: weekly microcycle summary

  • Individual Session: analysis of a specific session

  • Player Evolution: a player's progress over time

  • Squad Comparison: comparison between squad players

Audience — Define who will read the report. The AI adjusts the tone and technical depth accordingly:

  • Coaching staff

  • Medical staff

  • Club management

  • Player

Depth — Choose the level of detail:

  • Flash: executive summary

  • Summary: standard report

  • Detailed: comprehensive analysis

Step 3 — Customize the data

Language and units — Set the document language and measurement system.

Date range — Select the period you want to analyze (from one week to specific months).

Sessions and players — Filter the sessions to include and select individual players or the full squad.

Metrics — Use the default metrics from your dashboard or select the ones most relevant to your analysis (total distance, sprints, accelerations, high-intensity load, etc.).

Step 4 — Add additional instructions (optional)

In the Additional Instructions field, you can guide the analysis toward a specific focus. For example:

"Analyze injury risk considering the load increase in the last microcycle."

"Compare performance of players with more than 60 accumulated minutes this week."

The more specific the instruction, the more precise the result.

Step 5 — Generate and edit the report

Click Create Preview. The AI will process the data and generate the report in seconds.

Once generated, you have access to a rich text editor where you can:

  • Edit paragraphs directly

  • Insert additional tables or charts

  • Add images or staff notes.

What does the generated report include?

  • Period overview: a written analysis of the accumulated load and the team's physical response.

  • Physical comparison: tables with the overall volume and each player's individual profile.

  • Players requiring attention: automatic identification of profiles showing signs of overtraining or underperformance.

  • Recommended action plan: data-driven suggestions to adjust workloads for upcoming training sessions.

Export and saving

Once you are satisfied with the report, you have three options in the top bar:

  • Save — Saves the report as a Draft within the platform.

  • Export to PDF — Generates a file ready to share by email or WhatsApp.

  • Create New — Clears all parameters to start a new analysis.

💡 Pro Tip

Use the Detailed type with the Coaching staff audience for your Monday staff meetings. It allows you to present a data-backed justification for load decisions and differentiated work for the week ahead.
